Form-wise the Assemble table was inspired by weathered pebble stones, by ground glass or the remains of a washed little soap.

destroyers/builders is the Brussels based design studio founded by Linde Freya Tangelder in 2015. As the name suggests, Linde Freya destroys design to rebuild her own visual language. By zooming in on basic architectural shapes and materials, and translating them into minimalist designs, she gives overlooked objects the attention they deserve. The result of that research can be a unique object close to artwork, a limited series of designs or an industrial product. Whatever the material and the functionality of the piece demand.
